We are so eager to teach you art of chocolate making.
You will learn how to make, all-natural, incredible
tasting chocolate creations.. You will learn how to take
chocolate in its natural form (the way nature meant for
it to be) and turn it into truffles from heaven, pies to
die for and candies to melt your heart! |

Touring the Tastes of Italy |
When we think of Italian cuisine, the aroma of sauces
and Italian seasonings come to mind. Learning to Prepare
Living Foods means that your favorite Italian
dishes can also be healthy, without giving up any of the
savory traditional Italian flavors and textures. |

Living Soups & Salads |
We are so excited to share the secrets of preparing our
delicious soups and salads with you and your family.
Come join us in bringing soups and salads to life with
pizzazz. We will teach you to turn your salads into a
healthy symphony for your taste buds. Learn how easy it
is to make delicious living soups in just minutes. We
promise you that after this class you will never open

Smoothies for Health |
This class will provide you with the knowledge and
skills to prepare smoothies for yourself and all the
members of your family. Ever tried to get a child to eat
a full days requirement of leafy greens? We will show
you how and your child will actually Love it! A smoothie
can replace an entire meal and takes only 5 minutes to
prepare. We will also show you how to make up to a
month’s supply of smoothie packs to just drop into your
blender. This is a must for raw foodists and the health
conscious individual. |

Raw on the Go |
Are you looking for a way to feed yourself or your
family while you are traveling or just on the go? Eating
healthy- living foods doesn’t have to stop for family
road trips or busy lifestyles. We will teach you how to
prepare living foods to take with you that are simple
quick and delicious! |

Viva Mexico |
Zest up your meals while learning how to bring the taste
of Mexico and Living Foods together. You will
learn some traditional Mexican recipes and some Loving
Life original creations too! Following this class you
can be sure that your favorite Mexican dishes will also
be healthy, without giving up any of the savory
traditional flavors and textures. |

Sushi Lovers |
Let loving life show you how to prepare living sushi
using only living foods. You will learn how to make
Japanese “rice” without the carbohydrates and starches
in traditional rice. |

Guilt Free Desserts |
Join us for a morning of sweet guilt free dessert making
fun! We will be teaching you to prepare some traditional
desserts without the traditional sugars, starches and
added inches to your waistline. You will learn how to
make a nut based crust that will make your guests rave.
This is a great class for diabetics and those who
prepare their foods. |

Day One -Fundamentals of Raw Living Foods |
|
|
|
This first class in our Chef Training Series, is an
entry-level 8 hour course where students come to learn
the basics of raw cuisine, from the why’s and how’s of
living a raw food lifestyle to using equipment to
sprouting to preparing appetizers, soups, salads,
entrées, and desserts...plus dressings, sauces, nut
milks and cheeses, smoothies, snacks, and more. Learn
about what raw food is, how to select the best, where to
find it and what can be done with it. |

Intermediate Chef Certification Class |

Students enjoy an 8 hour program hands-on experience
with an outstanding raw food chef and lots of personal
attention. Learn to develop recipes, understand flavors,
and create textures using equipment specific to the raw
food kitchen. To go raw you need recipes that are quick,
easy, fun and delicious with minimum prep and clean-up
time. |
